All orders are processed within 2 to 2 business days untill 15h (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There can be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. However we will keep you informed if this occurs.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

We offer Free Shipping in Portugal and Spain.

Potugal and Spain: 1-3 days

EU countries: 5-8 days.

Norway and Switzerland: 5-8 business days.

USA and Canada: 6-8 business days

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
